This can be had at any hour of the day! It's an easy recipe with a twist!
Steps

Soak both the dals for 4-5 hours. Grind all the ingredients of the vada layer in the mixture.

Make a smooth batter from it, add little water if needed while grinding.

Heat a non-stick pan. Keep the capsicum rings on the pan.

Now put the batter of vada and cover fully inside the ring!

Shallow fry the rings from both the sides and make it a bit crispy!

Assembling-
In a dish first make a layer of capsicum vadas. Pour the curd on it. - 7
The pour thick sweet chutney. Add green chutney on it.

Sprinkle the chaat masala and red chilli powder over it.

Garnish with fine Sev, spicy peanuts and pomegranate pearls. Your yummy chaat is ready to be served.
