Ingredients

16 servings
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 tbspyeast
  3. 1 cupwarm water
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 3 tbspsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspspice of ur choice
  8. 1-2 tbspbutter for brushing

Cooking Instructions

    Put the flour and yeast in a bowl, make a well in the center add the oil, salt, spice and sugar. Gradually add the warm water and knead well into a soft dough. Do not set the dough aside to rise just rest it for about 10mins so that the gluten formed in the dough relaxes.

    Then roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into stips, lift each and give it 2-4 twist with your hand and join the ends to make a ring shape, place and rise for 30-40 mins

    Bake for 10-15 mins and brush with butter. Enjoy
