Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, milk and yeast

Add butter and mix

Now add warm water, mix and knead untill soft dough

Close and let dough to rise for 30mins

Deflate dough and knead for 5mins. Cut into 7 parts. Make balls & arrange in a baking tray or pan

Let them rise for 30mins
- 7
Egg wash and sprinkle some black seed (optional) and bake for 20-30 mins.
