Sourdough Bread Sourdough Bread
This is a recipe from King Arthur Flour. It comes with the sourdough starter that can be ordered from them as well as finding it online in their website. It is a very good base recipe for making sourdough breads.Maintaining a proper sourdough starter is definitely a commitment. If you keep starter out at room temperature you will have to feed it every day. If you keep it refrigerated like I do, you will only have to feed it once a week to maintain it however you have to remove from fridge and feed it at least 8 to 12 hours before you want to make bread with it. And with both ways; always feed after use.Making a starter from scratch takes a lot of time before you can use for first time. I suggest getting a few ounces of a established starter from someone who has one already or order it from King Arthur Flour.Sourdoughs have different flavors depending on where you live. The sourdough bread I make in New York will taste different than a sourdough made in San Francisco. chris.zurhorst -
Homemade Bread with No-Eggs Homemade Bread with No-Eggs

Beside that, baking homemade bread made your entire house smell of freshly baked bread, and hmmmm I love it. Also, the most important reason is I love to see my hubby happy faces every time I bake a homemade bread for him. Well, he’s the only one who loves bread in the house. This time I made this homemade bread with very easy method. In other words, I made it using bread maker instead of manually. Sorry about that. But believe me I am going to share the recipes with two methods along with the ingredients. So let’s get started! Nia Hiura -
Milk Bread Milk Bread
This is the milk bread sold in Asian stores. It is soft like commercial bread, but sweet and milky. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, etc.You know how some bakers say, you can't make bread stressed out? It's true. When making your dough, you cannot stress about time. Knead as much as you can until you hit the right consistency. Watch a movie when letting the dough rise. Go out for your walk when you are proofing. Pay attention to the smell and peek in the oven to see how it looks instead of letting the timer run out. pow.shopow
