I was wanting to use a bag of apples we picked up at the Farmer's Market. On Cool Day off work Apple Dumplings sounded good.

It's supposed to be rainy season here but sometimes it is scorching hot in the afternoon. These lollies are easy to make and very tasty, too. I have so many variations of ice lollies and I will share the recipes later.

Last week, I impulsively bought 20 kilograms of flour online, so I've been trying hard to use it up. I saw an Australian recipe using lemon soda to make biscuits, which seemed interesting. Curious, I decided to try using Taiwanese soda to make a dessert. I experimented with Sprite, and... I actually succeeded!!Tips*In this recipe, 1 cup = 200ml*Since my oven is quite old and not very precise, I also tried using an air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 10 minutes, and it worked.

We often make ice tea in cold water in the summer. I wondered what it would taste like made with clear soda. I tried it out, and the result was different from tea diluted with soda water - the tea flavor was rich and pronounced, resulting in a very enjoyable drink.You can use something like a sealable bento box to rest and steep the tea in instead of a container like the one in the photos.
