One of my favorite dishes to order in Dampa/seafood restaurants. It has butter, garlic, and shrimps/prawns! I mean, what's not to like? I made it Filipino style, and left the heads & tails as I think it makes the shrimps juicier, but of course you can always remove the heads and peel them before cooking.
