Cooking Instructions

Make a vanilla super sponge cake in a tray.you know the process to make a cake,before baking it divide in 3 parts,one is large amount and other 2 two are very small amount.now mix blueberry and mango squash and mix them.

Leave the other batter and make two cones for other part of batter.

Take a tray and butter paper on it,make the design whatever you want with pencil.

Grease the paper, now trace the design made by u on butter paper.

Now put the tray for 10 minutes in freezer, fill the other vanilla batter in big cone or piping bag.cut from the top

Pour all batter slowly in the designed tray,now bake it for 25 minutes in 160° C.

Take out the tray,and after cooling slowly remove the butter paper.

Take out the upper layer of cake with knife,beat the cream with dark chocolate,roll over the whole cream.

Sprinkle the choco chips,roll over the cake in cream with butter paper, and tie the sides now put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Take out from fridge and cut the swiss roll enjoy plain or with chocolate syrup.
