Ingredients

  1. 1Spaghetti
  2. Salt
  3. Curry
  4. 4Tsire(suya)
  5. Carrot
  6. Green beans
  7. Green and red pepper
  8. Maggi
  9. Veg.oil

Cooking Instructions

    Parboiled your spaghetti with curry and salt for 10 minutes and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Cut all your veggies straight not cubes shapes

  3. 3

    In a pot add veg.oil and onion in a moderate heat then add ur suya (tsire) followed by carrot and Green beans live it for about 3 minutes, then add your green and red pepper, maggi, curry and your spaghetti mix it well and close the pot for atleast 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Your suya jolof pasta is ready, you can serve it with any kind of salad
