Ingredients

  1. 1round cut of yam
  2. 2parts of chicken
  3. 6scotch bonnets
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Spices
  6. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Peel yam and cut into thick strips,add some salt and toss, heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    In a pan add the pat dried chicken cuts add spices, seasoning,2 tbsp oil, blended pepper and garlic and set on a low flame to cook for 15 to 20mins until tender. Serve with the yam fingers.
