Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupGram flour
  2. 180 gmSugar
  3. 150 gmGhee
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 6-7Cardamom
  7. as neededDry fruits flakes

Cooking Instructions

    In a vessel mix well gram flour + milk 2 tbsp + ghee 2 tbsp and strain through strainer

    Now in a kadhai heat ghee and add gram flour and roast on medium flame till golden colour

  3. 3

    Now add milk amd cook for another 5 mins

  4. 4

    In anothet vessel make sugar syrup of 1 string consistency by adding water + sugar + cardamom

  5. 5

    Mix sugar syrup in roasted floue and cookr for another 2 mins

  6. 6

    Pour mixture in a greased tray and sprinkle dry fruit flakes and cut into pieces when it comes to room temp.
