For the dough you just need to add 2 cups water inside your flour, add your sugar and salt mixed it well until it form a batter.

Put your non stick pan on low heat and rub your batter with paint brush in a circular way until you make 360degree.

Add all the remaining ingredients and the minced meat to make the fealings, add your carrots, cadbage, onions seasonings on heat until soft.

Put the mixed ingredients on your dough and knead it.
- 5
Fry your spring inside vegetable oil.
