Vietnam spring rolls

I cooked this spring rolls with a frined from Vietnam. So it tastes very good! If you add coriander and a lime liquied, it's perfect. You can add boiled shrimps, too. I add Somen noodles in it. It's a kind of Japanese style!

I cooked this spring rolls with a frined from Vietnam. So it tastes very good! If you add coriander and a lime liquied, it's perfect. You can add boiled shrimps, too. I add Somen noodles in it. It's a kind of Japanese style!

Slice hams. Slice carrots. Boil water in a pan, then boil porks for 5 minutes in it.

Boil water in a pan. Then boil Somen noodles in it for 2-3 minutes.

Combine all seasonings for the sauce.

To softthe rice papers, fill a large bowl with warm water. Soak a rice paper for about 1 minute, until totally soften.

Place ricepaper (step5) in a plate. Place 1 lettuce leaf at the bottom of the ricepaper. Add sliced carrots, sliced cucumbers,slice hams or boiled pork and somen noodles on it.

Roll step5 from the edge.

Add 1-2 leeks at the top of the rice paper and roll it together.

Place Vietnam spring rolls in the plates. When you eat, dip them in the sauce.
