Cooking Instructions

Add your baking powder in flour, sieve and keep aside

Cream your butter and sugar until light and fluffy, in another bowl whisk your egg very well

Add half of your to the butter/sugar mixture mix well add your flour and mix add the remaining half of the egg mix then add the remaining flour mix.add the milk and flavor until everything is incorporated

Put the lemon zest then your batter is ready for baking

Note:don't over mix your batter
