I live in Molo,a place that's known for high production of potatoes. My husband has been born and brought up here,and because of that,he really doesn't like potatoes. Cause he has eaten so much of them. I had to try a different way from what he has known all his life. And he soo much liked it.

Ingredients

Enough 3 servings
  1. Enough potatoes
  2. Garlic
  3. Dhania
  4. 2onions
  5. 1/2 kgbeef
  6. 1hoho
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 3peeled tomotatoes(

Cooking Instructions

    Put the meat on a sufuria and cook on low heat until it produces it's own fluid. I also add garlic here. For better taste

    Let the beef cook on it's own fluid until it's soft

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil,then add the onions and stir

  4. 4

    Then add the tomatoes,dhania and hoho.

  5. 5

    Let the pot cook for 20mins. You can add water if you want"gathufu"

    For the mashed potatoes,peel and wash the potatoes.

    Put them in a sufuria,add salt,one onion(cut into two halves).

    Let them boil until they're cooked

  9. 9

    Drain the water,add oil and dhania and then mash until you have an even "mukimo".

  10. 10

    Serve when hot with the beef stew
