An last minute thing i made because my colleague happened to totally burn nachos who was going to be rosted. To have to a rosted corn soup.

I had leftover Cornflakes at home and nobody knows what to do with it (my brother likes them but he had left for college) so I just made these little tidbits for whatever ocassion that demands finger snacks (ie movies).To melt the chocolate, a microwave might be quicker and more convenient for some. Just make sure you don't overheat it or the chocolate will become rough.

Simple but delicious...i love it!

Wanting an interesting twist on a really easy and quick snack. The fruit and/or nut additions could be whatever you fancy...or include seeds like chia or linseed. I may try a matcha chia version!
