Soft, fluffy and delicious sweet condensed milk bread. Love this bread so much!

I wanted to make sweet potato bites, but I was short of heavy cream! That's when I was inspired to make them with condensed milk instead of heavy cream and sugar.Using a piping bag makes things easier when transferring the batter into the cupcake liners. Make sure the bag is strong enough, because it will tear if the batter is firm! The firmness will depend on the kind of sweet potatoes you use, but you should try to make a batter that is only slightly firmer than custard cream. Recipe by Umakappe

I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.Instead of making rolls, you can just use the bread course in the bread maker and this is also delicious. As the dough is really loose, if you don't coat with flour it'll stick to your hands. But be careful not to use too much. For 18 mini rolls. Recipe by Minimy

I know this isn't really a recipe but it looked really cute and after finding out some people don't know what condensed milk is I had to enlighten. Condensed milk is (to me) one of the most delicious things I've tasted. I usually use it as a dipping sauce with fruit but I sometimes find myself eating it alone.

I was going to bake cookies using sweet potatoes and okara, but the dough tasted so good that I just turned that into a recipe.The moisture content of sweet potatoes and okara tends to vary, so if your mixture is a little dry add a drop of milk – enough to make the dough soft enough to roll into balls with your hands.
