Quick and Easy Bread Au Gratin with Canned Meat Sauce Quick and Easy Bread Au Gratin with Canned Meat Sauce
When I don't even have time to cook rice, and I want to make an easy dish, I use some frozen or leftover bread that I usually have at home. I also store the canned tomato sauce as well, so when I don't have time to cook, I make this gratin. The canned items come in handy on such an occasion.Other than the bread and the canned meat sauce, you can use any ingredients that you have in your refrigerator. You don't need to sauté or anything. Just use the gratin dish to pre-cook the ingredients in microwave. Make a simple meal, and reduce the dishes that you have to wash at the same time. Recipe by Mimato cookpad.japan -
Gyoza Bread Using Shiso Soy Sauce Gyoza Bread Using Shiso Soy Sauce
I often add shiso leaves to gyoza dumplings, but I wanted to add Rinrin's shiso-garlic soy sauce to gyoza filling. I tried making "oyaki" style breads with the filling, and the results were really delicious! The filling is delicious if you add shiitake mushrooms, canned tuna, cellophane noodles and so on too.-Be sure to seal the edges well after filling the dough.-Please adjust the amount of water added when steam-cooking the breads as well as the cooking time as needed.-Warm up any leftover cold bread in an oven or toaster oven and they'll be just as tasty. For 8 pieces. Recipe by Renbasu cookpad.japan -
