Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Milk
  3. Butter
  4. Salt
  5. Spices and seasoning
  6. Beef
  7. Green and red peppers
  8. Onion
  9. Oil
  10. Hot pepper sauce (scotch bonnet)
  11. Ginger and garlic

Cooking Instructions

    MASHED POTATOES:

    Peel the two large potatoes or six small potatoes, cut into two or four half's and boil them with a tsp salt until completely soft. Drain and Mash emediately while still hot. In the mashed potatoes, add a liquid milk, if the milk is evaporated make it a little more watery, if powdered still the same. Pour the milk and butter with little seasoning and mix until completely smooth and light not too thick. Your mashed potatoes is ready.

    SHREDDED BEEF STIR FRY:

    Shred your ground of beef. on the pan, add a little oil and put the beef and start stirring, at the same time add the chopped onions, a little grinded ginger and garlic, add seasonings and all desired spices, steam the beef to slowly cook a little in ten to twenty minutes depending on the hardness of your beef.

    Then add the sliced green and red peppers plus remaining chopped onion and add the little hot pepper sauce and stir further for about five minutes and serve. Your shredded beef stir fry is ready.
