Ingredients

  1. Tilapia fish
  2. Curry
  3. Thyme
  4. Seasoning
  5. Grinded scotch bonnet, garlic n onion
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Carrot
  9. Green beans
  10. Peas

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and drain ur fish.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add ur grinded scotch bonnet garlic n onion.

  3. 3

    Add Curry, thyme n seasoning. Mix well and add in ur veg oil and mix.

    In another bowl add sweet powdered pepper, salt, seasoning, curry, thyme n oil.

    Rub the powdered pepper mixture to ur fish.

    Add the scotch bonnet mixture too.

    Put in d frigde to marinate for 1-2 hours.

    Wen done rub ur mixture again, arrange on an oven wire rack.

    Place the tray below it to stop it from dripping inside it oven.

    Put on the upper flame and grill wen the top is done flip the bottom to grill too. (Gas oven is best for grilled fish since the upper part is raw flame)

    Wen done chop it carrot, green beans.

    Add oil in a sauce pan, add ur remaining scotch bonnet paste, wen fried add ur peas, carrot n green beans with onion allow to cook.

    Then garnish ur fish with it.
