Ingredients

  • Debonned fish
  • Grinded scotch bonnet and onion
  • 1large onion (sliced)
  • Seasonings and spices
  • 2tbspoon of veg oil

    Bring pan to medium heat, add veg oil, add grinded scotch bonnet and onion and stir fry for 3 mins

  2. 2

    Add seasonings and spices and stir

  3. 3

    Add fish and sliced onion, stir fry for 3 mins.
