Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gMacaroni
  2. 4Eggs
  3. Onions, peas
  4. Scotch bonnet,tomatoes
  5. Seasoning
  6. Oil
  7. Tuna fish

Cooking Instructions

    Place a pot on stove and pour 2 cups of water to boil.

    Add salt,peas and Macaroni and leave for five minutes

  3. 3

    Drain the macaroni and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Place a sauce pan on stove and drop 2 spoons of oil.

  5. 5

    Break the eggs inside a bowl and cut onions and scotch bonnet, tuna fish and add seasoning to taste.

    Pour on the sauce pan and leave for 30 seconds

  7. 7

    Use spoon to turn the eggs until it becomes scrambled, then take it off the stove.

    Serve the Macaroni together with the scrambled egg. Decorate with fresh tomatoes.
