This is a lunch pack idea for school children, it's fast and easy to prepare,it is also very yummy!
Cooking Instructions

Boil your pasta with a pinch of salt till tender and edible
- 2
Roughly blend tomatoes,pepper and half onion
- 3
In a clean dry pan,add the vegetable oil and heat
- 4
Add the tomatoes mix and allow to cook for 10mins
- 5
Add the chopped sausages
- 6
Break,beat and add the eggs, seasoning and salt
- 7
Allow to cook on low heat for another 3mins,stir sparingly so as not to scatter the eggs and turn off heat!
