Prepare all ingredients

Karahi ma ghee, chicken or half tsp salt daal kar fry karay

Jab chicken ka colour change hu jaya tu adrak lahsan ka paste dal kar 5 min bhon lay.

Phir tomatoes daal kar karahi ko cover kar kay 5 se 10 min tak pakaya (takay tomatoes kay chilka utar jaya)

10 min kay baad cover hata daay or tomatoes kay chilkay remove kar daay.

Ab kuyti hui lal mirch, black pepper, kuyta huwa sabut dahnia ⬇

Zeerah or salt daal kar achi tarah se bhonay or hari mirch daal kar flame off kar daay.

Yummy & delicious chicken shinwari karahi ready hia adrak slices or dahina se garnish kar kay serve karay.
