  2. salt

  4. Scorch-bonnet
  5. oil for frying

    Peel your yam and wash it. Use a grater the smaller part and grate it

    Add the grounded scotch bonnet and onions then add salt and stir well

  3. 3

    Now scoop the grated yam batter in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown. Enjoy!
