Garlic Butter Bread without Cream Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, yeast (keep salt and yeast separate to avoid deactivating the yeast), milk powder, eggs, and milk in a bowl. Use a mixer to blend until the dough is soft, about 7-10 minutes. Then add the butter and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth.

Once the mixture is well combined, knead by hand until the dough is very soft, about 10 minutes. Place this mixture in a bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After rising, knead again to remove air bubbles. Shape into a form and let it rest under plastic wrap for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, knead again until smooth. Then let it rise in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

After 30 minutes of rising, bake the bread at 430°F (220°C) for 15-17 minutes.

Put all the ingredients for the garlic butter sauce in a large bowl and stir until well combined.

When the bread is done baking, cut it into 4 or 6 even pieces, but do not cut all the way through. Coat the bread with the garlic butter sauce inside and out, then bake for another 10 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

Finish by placing the bread on a tray.
