Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsraw groundnut
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 9eggs
  4. Halfteaspoon of baking powder
  5. 2 teaspoonSalt
  6. halfteaspoon of Vanilla flavour
  7. Oil and onion (for frying)
  8. 12 cupsflour

Cooking Instructions

    Here is the groundnut,clean your groundnut by picking all the dirty stones. remove all the bad once washed and pour it on a kitchen towel.

    Put the groundnut in a oven for about 4 minutes

    In a bowl, crack your eggs, add sugar and salt.

  4. 4

    Add baking powder, vanilla and whisk very well till the sugar dissolve. Set aside.

    Seive the flour and set aside,

    In a big deep clean bowl, pour in the raw selected groundnut.Take a small amount of egg mixture and pour it to the groundnut and shake it very well.

    Sprinkle some flour on it little by little and keep on shaking the bowl. This stage preferable 2 people one is sprinkling the flour while the other person is turning it. Separate the once that gums to get a good and smooth result. continue repeating the process until all egg mix finished and each are well coated.

    Transfer them into a colender to remove excess flour.

    Heat oil in a pan and start frying at medium heat till your desired golden brownness is achieved. When frying keep on staring it side by side to retain the same colour.
