Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cut chicken into chicken tender sized pieces. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit 15 minutes.

  2. 2

Place flour in a bowl, and beaten eggs in another.

  3. 3

Heat oil in a heavy, large frying pan. Medium heat. Roll chicken in flour, then dip in egg. Roll back in flour, dip back in egg. Roll in flour again. This will give a nice thick coating. Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides.

  5. 5

Drain chicken on paper towels when done.

  6. 6

Butter split bagels. Toast in a dry pan until browned. Meanwhile prepare toppings.

  7. 7

On one half of bagels, spread mayonnaise. On other spread ranch dressing.

  8. 8

Place drained chicken tenders in a bowl. Add buffalo sauce. Toss to coat. Place on bagels and add desired toppings.

  9. 9

    Serve immediately. Enjoy.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
