Ingredients

1 loaf
  1. 4bananas, overripe
  2. 2eggs, beaten
  3. 250 gflour
  4. 100 gbrown sugar
  5. 60 gsoftened butter
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 30 gpecan nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 185°C, lightly grease a loaf pan

    Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

    In separate bowl, mix butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, mashed banana, and nuts.

    Pour banana mixture into flour mixture and stir. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
