  1. 2 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cuppacked brown sugar
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/3 cupmilk
  9. 1/2 cupoil
  10. 2mashed overripe bananas
  11. 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  12. 1 cupchopped pecans, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend together the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Blend until well mixed.

  4. 4

    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

  5. 5

    Bake at 370 for 30-35 minutes until top is golden.
