Cooking Instructions

    Soak your tamarind and extract the juice

    Blend the fresh ginger

  3. 3

    In a pan add up the tamarind juice, ginger blend, lemon zest add water as required and boil.

    Sieve, add sugar to taste, allow to cool and refrigerate.
