    Wash and fry gizard for 10 minutes, strain from oil and keep aside.

    Put 2 cooking spoon of oil in a pot when hot add tomatoes, pepper and onions fry till oil comes up.

    Pour in gizard, garlic, ginger, curry, thyme and maggi fry for 15 minutes. Then add spring onions stir and cook for 5 minutes. I use it to eat my chapatti.
