Ingredients

  • 2 cupdice pineapple
  • 1 cupred and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbspdice garlic
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1small deseeded red chili pepper
  • 1hallibut fillet
  • plum sauce mixture
  • 1 cupplum sauce
  • 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    With oil and butter pan fried hallibut skin down first then turn over

  2. 2

    Mix all sauce and set aside, dice up pineapple and cherry tomato and garlic

  3. 3

    Add garlic and saute for half a minute then add mix plum sauce with pineapple,cherry tomato and small chili pepper and let it simmer for 2 minutes then off heat and serve
