Ingredients

  1. 2-3 tbspdaliya
  2. 5-6Seedless Dates
  3. 1 cupfull fat Milk
  4. 5-6chopped Almonds
  5. HandfulRaisins (optional)
  6. 1 pinchCardamom Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak daliya in warm water for 5-7 minutes

    Now in a pan take daliya and add milk

  3. 3

    Let it boil for sometime
    Add Soaked dates, almonds, cardamom powder and cook for another 5-7 minutes or till everything gets incorporated well.

    Alternatively you can

    Grind them along with milk to fine paste and then add in the boiling milk and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

    Enjoy dates kheer hot or refrigerate it to have it chilled later.
