Ingredients

  1. 2 litresMilk
  2. 200 gmsRice powder (coarse)
  3. 5Cardamoms
  4. 1/2 cupDry fruits (cashews and almonds)
  5. Few Pista for garnishing
  6. 650 gmsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a heavy bottom pot add milk and cardamoms.

    When it's come to boil lower the flame.

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl make a paste of rice powder with water.

  4. 4

    Now transfer this mixture into a milk and stir continuously.

  5. 5

    When it's becomes thick add dry fruits and stir.

  6. 6

    Stir continuously now when it's become more thick then add sugar and stir.

  7. 7

    When sugar totally dissolves switch off the flame and serve.

  8. 8

    Garnish with some pistachio and cashews serve chilled or hot.
