Cassava can be cooked in many ways. The root of the sweet variety has a delicate flavor and can replace potatoes. It contain both sweet or bitter taste. It has poor in protein but rich in carbohydrates. Many people can make cassava as cake, bread and cookies.But Here, i made cassava masala simply.

Ingredients

  1. 1Cassava
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  5. 2-3Green chilli
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut casava into 3 pieces. Cook casava in pressure cooker. To make them 2 to 3 whistle. And remove the skin of cassava.

    Cut cassava into small pieces.make sure that you have to remove center part of nervous in cassava.

    Heat a oil 2tbps, once it heated add musturd seeds after its pops up, add cumin seeds. Add finely chopped onion cook until it change into half golden brown.add green chilli.cook well.

    Add small pieces of casava. Now, time to add turmeric powder. (if you want smash cassava you can or else leave as it is small pieces).its upto yours.

    Add required amount of salt, finely add coriander leaves.

    And done! Now you can eat with white rice or chappathi.Happy cooking😍😍🍴
