A healthy lifestyle doesn't simply start, the banana bread in the coffee isn't a really healthy option for me. So I made this banana bread and it can be eaten up to a week. 😙

Ingredients

25-30 minutes
As many as you wish 💁🏽‍♀️
  1. 3bananas
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4 cupolive oil
  4. 1/4 cuphoney (add more if you want it to be sweeter)
  5. 1 table spoonvanilla
  6. 1+1/2 cup of buckwheat flour (or any flour that you have in your kitchen)
  7. 1 tea spooncinnamon
  8. 1 tea spoonbaking powder
  9. 1/2 cupchia seeds and flax seed
  10. 1/4 cupgreek yogurt

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes

    Mash 3 bananas till it smooth

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and mix all together

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into the tray. You can add chocolate chips or some slides of bananas on top. (It would be incredible)

    Bake for 25-30 mins at 350F (170C)

  5. 5

    Your bread is finished. Now, let cool it down for 15 mins

  6. 6

    Add some Nutella or Hazelnut spread for more sweet if you want to.
