Only a few simple ingredients away, you can make this heathy bread. It’s made with whole wheat flour and naturally sweetened with honey.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)

Mix wet ingredients: egg, honey, milk, oil, vanilla. Combine the dry into the wet, 1/3 at a time, being careful not to over mix! (Or you will have tough bread!)

Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with walnuts & pumpkin seeds.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 40-50min. Cool in rack.
