Big Batch Salad Big Batch Salad
I served this salad with croutons. It's best eaten the same day as the vinaigrette may wilt the salad leaves. You can easily customize this salad: use arugula or spinach instead of lamb's lettuce, use dried fruit instead of apples, use feta or blue cheese instead of mozzarella etc red.queen -
Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad
This recipe was shared with me by my sister-in-law Joni! It's easy, fresh, and very delicious. This is definitely an amazing summertime salad, but we've splurged and enjoyed this salad throughout the year. Sometimes I make the dressing to eat with other fresh greens! It's by far my favorite Poppy Seed Dressing. Enjoy. Stacey Chinn-VanAntwerp -
Mexico Salad Mexico Salad
I love eating salads. There's a small restaurant near my workplace and I often go there for lunch. This salad is for 1 serving, basically a main course. I used steamed chicken but a grilled chicken will be perfect too. The dried raisins give some sweetness to this salad. Let me know if you tried it and how you make it your own. elsatsia19 -
Spring Salad with Mango, Chicken, Spinach & Cashews Spring Salad with Mango, Chicken, Spinach & Cashews
Aren’t salads just wonderfully delicious!! 🙂 I had a few Mangos in my refrigerator, so I thought it was time to use them in a salad recipe that I make quite often and I wanted to share with you the simplicity of this salad. I love salads, I can actually say that I love and eat almost all of sorts of salads, except for Egg salad! I don’t eat or like boiled eggs. 🙂 I think the last time I ate one is when I was 7 years old, 🙂 but don’t get me wrong I do cook them for recipes that only others eat. hehahhahahaI had a bit of baked chicken leftover from the other day so I added this into the salad along with spinachhhhh!!!!…Yum, yum a delicious and healthy salad for Brunch, Lunch, Dinner or any time of the day. I haven’t added any sort of dressing to this because I want each ingredient’s taste to stand out, so I am only adding olive oil and a bit of pepper. 🙂 Foodzesty
