  5. 1/2 tblsbaking powder

  7. Minced meat 1/2 kilo
  8. Seasoning
  9. Peas
  10. Carrots 2large
  11. Onions 2medim
  12. 3Pepper and scotch bonnet

Cooking Instructions

    In abowl seave flour and b/powder add salt mix add butter Masha the butter in the flour untill soft, add water to make a dough. Let it rest for 30mints.

    In a pan add little butter add the minced meat add seasoning and chopped onions, ginger paste let the water dissolve, add peas greated carrots, pepper and scotch bonnet fry for some time.

    Kneed the dough and cut into round shapes with meat pie cutter, put the filling in side brush egg and close.

    Brushed the baking pan with butter arrange the meat pie and brush egg on them use fork to make air passage, bake in pre heated oven for 20mints. Enjoy
