Super Lazy Chicken and Potato Roast

Ingredients

1 hour
Serves- 2 servi
  1. 4Chicken Legs
  2. 4medium size Potato
  3. 3Tomatoes
  4. 15Garlic Cloves
  5. 1big onion
  6. 1 TbspOlive Oil
  7. 1/2 CupButter
  8. 1/ tspBlack Pepper Powder
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. as requiredThyme
  11. as neededRosemary
  12. 1 TspPaprika/ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  13. as requiredJuice of 1 lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Score the legs, add butter, salt, black pepper, paprika or kashmiri red chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary. rub it all on legs, let it marinate for 4 hours

    Preheat oven at 220 c, in baking dish add olive oil, add legs, tomatoes cut in half, potatoes peeled and halved, onion cut in half. put in oven, occasionally turn the legs so as to roast evenly…1 hr…check..if done…switch off the oven…let it sit in oven for 5 min…serve hot.
