Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 4 cupsRice
  3. Salt
  4. 1 sachetChicken spices
  5. HandfulGreen peas
  6. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  7. 4big Tatasi
  8. 1medium sized Cucumber
  9. 2 tablespoonurry
  10. 3 clovesGinger
  11. 3 clovesGarlic
  12. 1 tablespoonThyme
  13. 4 cubesStock

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice for 12-15minutes,rinse and keep aside.

    Blend the tataai,fresh tomatoes with ginger and garlic.boil it for 30minutes.

    Heat uo vegetable oil and pour in the tomato paste.fry for 10minutes with continuous stirring.

    Boil the chicken with onion,salt,thyme,curry and stock cubes.boil till is chewable.

    Pour in the chicken stock in the frying tomatoes paste.stir very well leave it to boil for 10minutes.

    Add the stock cubes,salt,curry and thyme boil for 10minutes stir and pour in the parboiled rice.

    After 15minutes check amd when is done pour in the green peas and stir with a spartula to mix it up very well.

    Peel off the back of the cucumber and slice serve the rice with the cucumber and chicken.
