  1. 2 2/3 CupsAll - Purpose Flour
  2. 1 tspBaking Powder
  3. 1 tspBaking Soda
  4. 1 tspCornstarch
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 CupButter (Softened)
  7. 1 CupGranulated Suagr
  8. 1 CupLight Brown Sugar
  9. 1 CupPeanut Butter
  10. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  11. 2Large Eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Prep: Leave butter out to soften to room temperature

    Prep: Heat oven to 350°

  3. 3

    Mix: Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix: Use an Electric Mixer to beat together butter & sugars. Add in eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.

  5. 5

    Combine: Slowly add the dry ingredients. Careful not to over-mix.

  6. 6

    Form small cookie balls in a 3x4 pattern on a parchment paper lined pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

    Move to Cooling Rack 2 minutes after removing from the oven.
