Pour oil in excess in a pan put it on heat

Slice your plantain and deep fry in the hot oil

For the scrambled egg break in egg in a bowl chop some onions and add spices

Spray oil in a pan whisk the egg and pour inside the pan

Scrambled and stir till golden
