A simple last minute salad.Tips1. Wash lettuce before cutting it. It is much easier in removing sand and other dirt. Washing again after cutting (with salted water) kills bacteria from contaminated chopping boards, knives, hands and the lettuce itself. Remember to rinse well with plain water in order to wash the saltiness.2. Vegetable (some) skins have high nutritional value. Retain them where possible.

Eggplant are nutritious and when added in salad it makes a healthier salad

I love salads!

Honestly, this salad is simply wow. I used fresh tilapia fish fried to perfection, with black pepper , salt, ginger and lime to marinate the fish before frying. Tbe vegetables used just brought out the extraordinary taste of the fried fish. This is a must try.

Salads like this are super light and healthy!

I had noodles but wanted something different and since am had plenty of fresh vegetables at home, I decided to try this easy breezy noodles salad and omg it was an instant hit.
