Yam balls make a great breakfast meal or snacks. By following these steps, I believe you can be able to make perfect yam balls each time.
Cooking Instructions

Direction*
~Peel the yam and boil it until soft~Chop the onions and the Pepper and keep aside
(you can also use Grounded pepper)~Remove the yam from fire and put into a bowl
~Smash the yam
~Add the spices (salt, 6 maggi, grounded garlic,grounded ginger etc)
~Mix it together thoroughly
~Add the chopped onions and the pepper
~Break 3 eggs in a separate bowl and whisk
~Pour it into the smashed yam and mix thoroughly

~Wash your hand and scoop small amount of the smashed yam into your hand to make a ball
~Make as many balls as the smashed yam can make
~Put your frying pan on fire
~Pour enough oil into the frying pan for frying
Break the remaining 5 eggs in a bowl~Add 2maggi cubes, chopped onions, pepper, garlic powder, Ginger powder and whisk
When the oil is got enough~Dip a yam ball into the egg mixture and make sure the egg covers all the areas, then remove it and drop it into the oil

~Drop as many yam balls as the frying pan will take Without crowding
~When the lower part is golden brown, turn it so that the upper part will also fry
~Once it's all golden brown, remove it from oil and into a Siever
Your simple yam balls is ready
