Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, add flour and make 3 wells, add sugar, yeast and salt respectively. Gently mix everything
- 2
Add warm water to flour mixture
- 3
Knead the dough. It will be soft and sticky. It's ok
- 4
Add olive oil and knead it again. It will be soft, sticky dough
- 5
Cover it and Keep it aside for 1-2 hours in warm place
- 6
The dough will double in size. Gently punch the air
- 7
Add little flour and now knead it to soft dough
- 8
Meanwhile in a bowl, add capsicum and bell pepper with salt pepper, oregano, olive oil and red chilli flakes and mix well. Keep it aside
- 9
Divide dough into equal portions. Now roll the dough as small to medium puris/circles or squares. Do not make bigger circles as the pizza balls will inflate on frying since it contains yeast
- 10
Apply pizza sauce towards the centre. On the sauce place small amount of toppings
- 11
Add little grated cheese on top, do not add too much filling or cheese as it might leak out during frying. Apply water all over edges
- 12
Gently seal to form ball. Repeat the process until dough/filling is completed
- 13
Drop pizza balls in hot oil, the sealed edge should be towards bottom. Do not overcrowd the pans as this will inflate and need sufficient space to fry
- 14
Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil over tissue paper
- 15
Serve warm with sauce or ketchup

Polenta Pizza Bites Polenta Pizza Bites
I love polenta AND pizza! I combined the two for a girls night I hosted and the polenta pizza was a HUGE hit! I hope you enjoy! (You can make yours with a little less sauce and cheese. Mine were a little messy and you needed to eat with a fork, not quite finger food. I go crazy with cheese and sauce!!) Bridget -

Mini Pizza Bites - For Kids' Parties or Appetizers Mini Pizza Bites - For Kids' Parties or Appetizers
I changed some of my friend's special recipe. I made the dough with olive oil, not butter. I made them for an appetizer. They are small, so don't put too much sauce or cheese on top.It doesn't take much time to bake them, so adjust your oven temperature and make sure not to burn them. Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This is the result of massive amounts of research and time and taste testing. A pizza dough that can handle high heat (600°+) that a Kamado-Style grill can produce. This dough is relatively quick, tasty and looks good as well.Notes: prepare pizza and immediately place in grill for less puffy crust. Also, turn pizza with peel a quarter turn every few minutes to cook evenly. This crust will bubble and "leopard" on high heat. Kamado John Wayne -

Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home.
