Ingredients

20 minutes
1+Cups
  1. 1 (16 oz)can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained saving liquid
  2. 1⁄4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
  3. 3 Tbsplemon juice, to taste
  4. 2 Tbsptahini (sesame seed paste.)
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  6. 1⁄2 tsp salt
  7. 2 Tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend all with a stick blender or processor.

  2. 2

    Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate.

Retired at age 55 and enjoying the mountains. I'm now 72, married for 50 years. :) I love to cook but I don't care if ingredients are Organic nor GMO, Gluten-free, low calorie, or low Cholesterol! And Never use low/no-Fat as I enjoy good food. I never take procedural pictures as most cooks know how to boil water and stir sauces.
