Ingredients

  • 2 cangarbanzo beans
  • 4 tbsptahini
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 mediumlemon
  • 1 pinchPaprika
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in food processor. Dump out half of water from canned garbanzo beans, or else the hummus will be too soupy. Olive oil, paprika are optional.

  2. 2

    Blend all ingredients for about 5 minutes or until you reach the desired consistency.

  3. 3

    Ready to serve!
