Ingredients

16 pieces
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonyeast
  4. 1 cupwarm milk
  5. 2 tablespoonbutter
  6. 1large egg
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 tablespoonvanilla
  9. For frosting : 1 cup icing sugar, 3 table spoon powdered milk

Cooking Instructions

    Add all dry ingredients to a clean bowl

    Mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    Add butter, egg and warm milk

  4. 4

    Knead until smooth

  5. 5

    Spread and cut to desired dough nut shapes.

  6. 6

    Allow to rise. For 30 minutes to 1 hour. Or until double in size.

    Deep Fry in oil until desired golden brown is achieved.

    For frosting ; add icing sugar, milk and 2 drops of red food coloring. Add 2 spoon of water and stir. If too thick add a little water, if too thin add icing sugar.

    Dip in dough nut and place on rack.
