Ingredients

20-25 doughnuts
  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2table spoons sugar
  3. 1 table spoonsalt
  4. 1 cupwarm milk
  5. 1/2 cupbutter
  6. 1/2 table spoonyeast
  7. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix in the first speed for 2 minutes

    After put the speed to 2 for ten minutes

  3. 3

    Butter a bowl then form the dough into a ball, put the dough in the bowl and cover it and let it rise for 45 minutes (it would be better if you put it in a warm spot)

    Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, and gently roll out to 1/2 cm thickness. Cut with a floured doughnut cutter(if you don't have use a glace and a bottle cup).let the doughnuts to rise again for 15 minutes

    Take a frying pan fill it in with oil and fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
